If payment is made the day of service, a credit card must be on file
If owner is not available the day of service, a credit card must be on file
Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee
Pool should be opened 2 weeks prior to first use
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to re-schedule
Excess water and debris must be removed from cover prior to appointment
Water should be at operating level (half way up the skimmer. If level is not operational, $35 will be billed for a return visit
Water and electricity must be available
Please have all parts, handrails, and equipment accessible
In the event a return visit is needed due to conditions beyond our control, a $35 service fee will be charged
Vacuuming will be billed at a rate of $15 per 15 minutes. Minimum 30 minutes
Extra service time will be billed at a rate of $15 per 15 minutes
All pet droppings must be removed. In the event this is not done, work will be rescheduled and a $35 return fee will be charged
